What delivery looks like
- Set route days, plus early morning or Sunday drop-offs on request. We’ll do our best, depending on your order and the weather.
- Backorder help: short on a code from your usual supplier? Call us and we’ll work to get it to you quickly.
- Lot number and expiry on every box, and a record of what we delivered to you.
- For licensed vet clinics only. We confirm your clinic on the College of Veterinarians of Ontario register before your first order.
